OTMs

Of the Month Awards (OTMs) are awards that recognize outstanding contributions from communities centered in campus life! We write OTMs to express appreciation for those who have demonstrated outreach and service. Well-written OTMs can win awards on the local, regional, and national levels. Locally, our NRHH chapter hosts an annual OTM banquet to recognize OTMs, their authors, and the people they are recognizing. It is a great way to showcase individuals or groups of people who have made a significant contribution to their community during that month.

When writing an OTM, consider the contributions of the nominee(s), how they relate to the specific month, who their contributions affected, what qualities about them stand out, and what lasting impacts they have made.
